FAME Head Start and Early Head Start program located in Seattle is searching for a full-time Manager that will be responsible for assuring that the planning, implementation and monitoring of all community partnerships, social services, Health services and Nutritional Services. The Manager ensures implementation of Federal Performance Standards are implemented in three child and family centers for prenatal and birth to five children. The position incumbent works through the Center Coordinator in facilitating the duties of program staff in all Centers and the Home-Based program. FAME Head Start and Early Head Start program in Seattle is seeking a full-time Lead Wellness Advocate to be responsible for the integration and implementation of all components of the Wellness Program in accordance with the Federal Performance Standards. The Wellness Program includes Health Services and Nutritional Services for low-income children birth to five years of age and pregnant mothers. The Lead Wellness Advocate is also responsible for directing and ensuring compliance for the CACFP regulations, WAC regulations, Federal Monitoring standards and other applicable state and local regulations. LPN or RN or BS in Health. Paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental and agency has retirement plan.

Human Resources Coordinator/Manager responsible for HR system planning, policy, staff orientation, monitoring and oversight of the HR and training department. Overseeing such activities as recruitment, employee benefits administration, training and career development. BA Degree in Human Resources, business related field and three yeas of HR experience. Experience in federal grants cost allocation, accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivables and experience with MIP accounting systems preferred. BA in Accounting and 3 years experience.
